Randy Lagenderfer is the President of InvestArk Properties, LLC and has focused on creating investor value and passive income returns for the busy professional since 2014. He has invested in multi-family real estate as both a general partner/key principal in over 700 doors and as a limited partner in over 4,000 doors. Throughout his time investing in multifamily properties, he has represented over $86M in assets managed. Randy brings a wealth of experience and a depth of knowledge that is vital to any multifamily investment.

In addition to his experience with multifamily apartments, he has also been involved with real estate as a private money lender in the remodeling of single-family homes in Florida, Ohio, and Texas with a combined value of over $2.5M. Randy also currently serves as the Chief Compliance and Audit Officer for a large academic medical institution in Houston, TX. Randy has a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, an MBA in Finance and is a CPA (non-active). He is a husband and father of 4 adult children and enjoys spending his free time analyzing deals and networking with investors.
