The origins of Progress Capital Group began when I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and realized the rich are making their money work for them, rather than just working for money. The “light bulb” moment was when I understood that investing could allow me to grow my income, and my net worth, without having to trade time for money. I chose multifamily real estate over stocks or bonds because the operators of real estate investments have more control over the success of the investment. Whereas, stocks and bonds are subject to many market forces that are beyond the control of an individual or company.

This greater level of control for real estate comes from finding great mentors, partners and team members to help find, acquire and manage the properties. It has always been Progress Capital Group's mission to partner with a great team to bring great results to our investors.

The goal for Progress Capital Group is to help busy professionals achieve their investing goals by helping them invest in multifamily real estate through passive investing in real estate syndications.
